The flexilbity to work from home or an alternative office helps employees feel like their life outside of work is valued equally with their role at the company. The humility at the company leads to great cross-functional collaboration and ultimately better solutions for the employees and the customers. The leadership and management take time to get to know the employees as people, learn their career goals and help align the growth of that employee with those goals. You have your typical startup culture with the free lunch and snacks, company events and stuff like that. My experience was fine, nothing significantly bad nor good. Error I would not suggest becoming a creator for them because they consider you free lance despite dipping in to take your profits more then half of it. You will need to have knowledge of programs such as photoshop and a VIP membership and thats it. If you know how to use the creator programs properly you will have no issue. These products do not belong on IMVU nor should you buy them. IMVU catalog is chock full of illegal products. Tell em love it and they’ll make more!ĭon’t let the fact that a product has no reviews or that it already as a bazillion of them dissuade you! get out there and review!!! They also let the developers know how a product is being received and have a big influence on what path the developer will take their product line in the future. Reviews let other shoppers know if the product is good or not. Don’t forget to review your purchases! Developers are Artists and by definition narcissistic ).
